We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking nature and has stunning views from the pool and our room. The dinner and breakfast were both outstanding and definitely some of the best we've had. The staff were very friendly and attentive, even though some didn't speak much English.
Can't think of anything! This hotel was truly a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway.

The location of the hotel provides beautiful and tranquil views which create a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. the food is delicious and a treat for the senses, presented beautifully and with attention to detail. the staff are kind and helpful, providing a warm welcome and great service.
Communication is difficult for English-speaking guests, as no staff spoke the language and no information was provided in English. It would be helpful if the hotel offered more information and resources in English to make guests feel more comfortable and informed.

Found a wonderful, serene place to unwind with great amenities and gracious staff. The food was delectable, and the view from our room was breathtaking. We appreciated the opportunity to take advantage of the onsens, and the dining rooms were also perfect for unwinding. No need for a car in this location as there was plenty to see and do within walking distance.
We would have preferred a more spacious bathroom and not having the option to book a private bath was an inconvenience. Though there was a small language barrier, this was not a significant issue because the staff was very gracious and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is breathtaking, with stunning views from the rooms. Relaxation is effortless in the tranquil onsen. the staff was friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. the dining spaces were pleasing, and the food was excellent, particularly the kaiseki dinners. the well-maintained facilities, including the balconies and outdoor patios, were a plus.
The low beams with no warning lights could be a bit dangerous, so guests should be cautious of them.
